The Solus Project - Drain the Acid, Activate the Mill

In order to drain the acid from the caves, I must use the idol dolls to power up the mill while a beast growls nearby.


The final stop on the Heights of Oscillation leads to the inside of The Mill. A large horn-footed beast has been strung up and placed on display for all who enter. Was this the work of the rebels? After inching my way around it, I explore what there is to be found inside the mill.

But I’m not out of the woods quite yet. Before I do anything else, I must survive. At the top of the mountain, the wind is no joke as it causes temperatures to drop and hypothermia to set in. Not to mention I still need to sleep after the long hike up the mountain.

The 3 remaining idols are used to power up the mechanical mill and activate the windmill pumps. Paintings on the walls confirm that the mill energy is used to drain the acid from the underground caves. Thus concludes Act 3 and introduces us to Act 4: The Draining.
